很多人在练习听力的时候会介绍去看电影，这种办法不是适合所有人，电影里面很多俚语的，最开始还是学习规范的比较好。在英语学习中，我们要跟读，不要只是在听，不断地，重复的去跟着读，一篇文章，我们一下子都听完再去重复，要一句一句的，最少5遍复读，最开始先要把握这种语感，感觉来了，后面才会顺利进行。
大胆的去说，很多人不敢去和别人交流，怕出错，现在很多网络的.交流群，英语就给这个机会，纠正自己的错误，学习别人好的方法，互相学习。
听力在最开始的几个月是最痛苦的，什么都听不懂，没有坚持下去的动力，最开始的时候没养成习惯精力不集中，我们一定要坚持早晨起来联系，早晨时候记忆力最好，一定不要间断，可以少一点，或者换种方式，但是一定要有连续性。
